Client of the Month - Jenny Gardiner

Jenny is a positive friendly and welcoming member of our group exercise classes at Active One who works hard in sessions and has significantly improved her strength and fitness since beginning with us at Active One. When she first joined, her goal was simple — to improve her general health and fitness. What she found was so much more.

“The classes have given me more energy, a better way to manage work stress, and a real sense of achievement when I look at how far I’ve come since I first started,” Jenny shared. But it’s not just about fitness, she loves seeing both familiar and new friendly faces each week, making every session something to look forward to.

Active One has been different from anywhere else Jenny has tried over the years. This is the first place she has committed to long term and really enjoys. She has found that there’s something special here, the EPs make it fun, the banter in the groups, the friendly smiles, and the mix of new sessions always keeps it interesting.

Jenny loves Active One so much and the variety of sessions she encouraged her best friend, Aija, and her husband, Andrew, to join and now they enjoy it just as much as she does and bring just as much energy and positivity as Jenny does.

She also wanted to give a big thank you: “Thanks to the whole team for all your efforts, to the friendly attendees who always welcome newcomers with open arms, and to Billy, who makes Saturday mornings even more fun!”

Jenny is a wonderful example of how community, variety, and support make all the difference and we’re so lucky to have her as part of the Active One family.
