We provide a range of services as mentioned in the video. As a business, much of our work comes via the NDIS. Our Occupational Therapy NDIS, Exercise Physiology NDIS and Dietetics NDIS services are run from our Frankston clinic, working with a younger clientele as well as individuals up to their 60's.

 

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists work with people of all ages and abilities. We assist younger clients with injury rehabilitation and guide their strength and conditioning programs to maximise performance.

 

We also provide a range of exercise services for people with Metabolic Syndrome, who suffer pain/injury or who simply want to get fitter and stronger to enhance their health.

 

Exercise for seniors is of particular interest to us and a key area we specialise in as well.
