Sophie was referred to Active One in September 2021 to improve her metabolic health, strength and fitness. She is a very talented artist however this means she spends many hours sitting during the day.
To help attenuate this now Sophie attends Exercise Physiology sessions twice per week at Active One. Sophie has never been a "gym" person and has not been very active in the past but has reported enjoying the exercises and the challenge it brings every week. In the three months Sophie has been training with our Exercise Physiologist she has also been using a holistic team including a Dietician and NDIS support network Sophie to loose an amazing 10 kgs.
Well done Sophie!
Sophie is so determined to get the most out of her gym sessions with us and has improved her balance, co-ordination, strength and cardiovascular endurance and mental focus/concentration.

Parkinson’s disease is such a difficult condition, and when my husband was diagnosed, it was heartbreaking for our whole family. Watching someone you love face the challenges of Parkinson’s is never easy, and we wanted to find additional support for him.Our family doctor recommended that we look into NaturePath Clinic, so we decided to learn more about their herbal program. From the beginning, we appreciated the care, kindness, and support we received throughout the process.I’m sharing our experience because I know how difficult it can be to find support when someone you love is living with Parkinson’s. Every family’s experience is different, but we are grateful for the encouragement and support NaturePath Clinic has provided to our family. ❤️
